At VoltXstore.in, we aim to provide quality products
to our customers. Please read our warranty terms carefully before making a
purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage

Imported
products sold on VoltXstore.in come with a limited seller warranty (only
if mentioned in the product description).

The
warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
2. Warranty Period
·
Watches: Up to 3 months
·
EarPods
/ Power Banks: Up to 3
months
(Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.)
3. Warranty Claim Requirements
To claim warranty, the customer must provide:

Valid
Order ID
·
Purchase
Invoice
Without these, the warranty claim will not be processed.
4. What is NOT Covered
Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Physical
damage (breakage, cracks, etc.)
·
Water
or liquid damage
·
Burnt
or electrically damaged products
·
Damage
caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper use
·
Normal
wear and tear over time
5. Important Notes
·
Warranty
is applicable only once per product, unless stated otherwise.
·
The
final decision on warranty claims rests with VoltXstore.in after
inspection of the product.
·
Shipping
costs for warranty claims may be borne by the customer (if applicable).
