When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking details.
Where do I find my AWB number?
Your AWB / Waybill number is sent to your registered phone number and email address as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
My tracking page shows 'No Records Found'. Why?
It can take up to 12-24 hours for the logistics partner to update the initial scans on their tracking servers. Please check back later.
