1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day Replacement policy only
in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects

Wrong product received

Dead on Arrival (DOA) items
2. Important Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement, the
following conditions must be met:

An Unboxing Video (Without Cuts) is Mandatory for
any damage or defect claim
·
The product must be Unused and
in Original Packaging with all accessories
·
The product should be in the same condition as
received

Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or return will Not be
accepted in the following situations:

Physical damage after delivery

Water or liquid damage
·
Damage due to misuse or mishandling
·
Requests based on change of mind
·
Compatibility-related issues
4. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, the replacement
will be processed within 5–7 working days
5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to
the original payment methods

Refund processing time: within 7
working days after approval
6. Important Notes
·
Claims without proper proof (like unboxing
video) may be rejected
